Finally! Something to submit to deviantart after so long LOL. Fanart of my current favourite animu, Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

I actually drew this last month and had started colouring it but then I got lazy and had forgotten about it for a while...but I'm glad I finished it, I'm happy with how it turned out.

I always see the Madoka character every where I go on the internet, so I decided to start watching the first episode last night. So far it seems pretty good! Definitely going to watch it until the end (:

As for your drawing, it looks wonderful! Very detailed. I also love the slices of strawberry cakes and silverware. They just stand out :) Keep up the great work! :+fav:

This is absolutely beautiful. The way each character is represented is perfect. Madoka is an anime/manga that I connected to very deeply, and this is one of the best pieces of fan art I have ever seen for it. It captures the entire essence of the story and characters perfectly. Extremely well done ^.^

Amazing! MyAnimeList gave Madoka Magica rated it 17+ for the violence and profanity. WTF!!! I've seen all 12 episodes and the violence isn't bad, just blood, and there is only minor swear words! I think they should change the rating to PG-13

I think it's rated that because it's very dark and has a chance of disturbing young kids...

((Believe me, I'm kinda glad I watched it recently because had I been 13, this anime would've been a bit too much for me. ^^; ))

But I'm 13 and I can watch all 12 episodes with no worries! Come on, Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni recieved the EXACT SAME rating, and it is way more violent then Madoka Magica. I guess some people are just more sensitive then others
